We are a busy, family-oriented automotive repair shop looking for a dependable, positive, and hardworking team member to join our staff. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, likes variety in their workday, and is eager to learn and grow within our company.



Primary Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
• Schedule appointments and manage daily shop scheduling
• Check customers in and out for service appointments
• Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
• Shuttle customers to and from local destinations
• Pick up automotive parts from local suppliers as needed
• Keep the customer waiting area stocked and organized
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility, including:
• Front office
• Shop areas
• Restrooms
• Outside grounds and entrances
• Support the team wherever needed throughout the day

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable talking with customers on the phone and in person
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Good typing and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to safely use a ladder when necessary
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
